As an artist, these words by Vincent Van Gogh truly capture what I believe. Van Gogh wrote these words in a tender letter to his brother as he expressed his utmost gratitude for his support during his career. Van Gogh recognized his brother's love and support is truly what made his work possible. His brother was encompassing art in its purest form - love.

Over the years, my life has encompassed many forms of artistry. I trained as a classical ballerina for over 18 years and was fortunate to have the opportunity to perform at the university level. Ballet has embedded in me the beauty of strength with delicacy - a beautiful juxtaposition that is engrained in my work.

Upon graduating with a business degree, my goal was to work in arts administration. After two years working with a nationally acclaimed ballet company, I found myself yearning for deeper artistry on an individual level. In 2017, with the support of my now husband and many more, Ink & Press Co. was born. Since beginning Ink & Press Co., I have had the privilege to work with couples all over the world.

I am continually inspired by those I work with and am honored to be a small part of their story.

I am devoted to my art but above all, I cherish the opportunity I have to document a couple's love through a tangible heirloom that endures. I am excited to work with you on your wedding paperie and share this experience together.

All my heart,
     Mikyla Marie Manuirirangi

Like Van Gogh's brother, I have found time and time again the couples I work with encompass art in its purest form - love.
